Looks like the “Act Up” rapper will have to continue to sit down because she was denied early release.
Her lawyers filed a motion to have her released to a halfway house so that she could she get back to working with her other group member Yung Miami. The lawyers basically said since she is now a superstar she will no longer have to resort to criminal activities because of the new found fame and she should be released early. However the judge denied the motion aka HELL TO NAH. There is still hope she can present her argument to the Bureau of Prisons where they will make the final call.
